We will offer a full range of services to potential tenants and buyers including estate agency, financial services, conveyancing, insurance, removals, new homes sales and survey services from which we may get commission or fees.
 
We also arrange maintenance and on occasion refurbishment works for our managed properties for which we charge our contractors Contractor Loyalty commission for any works we instruct them to carry out.
 
We will use the information we collect from you to carry out this agreement and for statistical, administration and marketing purposes. We will disclose the information to our service providers and agents for these purposes.
