
Landlord Fees
We offer three different levels of service - Full Management, Rent Management and Tenant Introduction
Tenant Introduction (All Service Levels)
- Valuing the Property and providing expert advice on its marketability and HSE guidelines
- A bespoke marketing strategy to source the ideal tenant
- Referencing the prospective Tenant to include CIFAS, Credit Check, Bank Validation, Fraud Check, Employment References, Previous Landlord Reference (if required), Previous Address Searches
- Preparing and signing of the relevant legal documents, including the Tenancy Agreement, How to Rent and Inventory (if requested)
- Checking the Tenant into the Property (if requested)
Rent Management
- Transferring Rents when cleared funds are received
- Accounting to you for these monies received and paid over
Full Management
- Managing the Property 24 hours a day during the Tenancy, arranging repairs and refurbishments as necessary or as agreed with you
- Accounting to you for these monies received and paid over
- At the end of the tenancy, checking-out the Tenant from the Property
- Arranging the release of the Deposit held and assisting with any Deposit disputes
- Rent Protection and Legal Expenses covering non-payment of rent and legal issues that may arise during the tenancy. This is complimentary (please speak to a member of our team for more information).
