Meet The Team

Benjamin has over 20 years’ experience in the property industry across London and the home counties. After spending many years working for successful corporate estate agents, he quickly identified a need for a more bespoke approach to estate agency. When he launched Yooodle in 2017, he made it his mission to offer outstanding customer service and exceed expectations in every way. As a hybrid agency, he wanted to create something different, a new way to work with well-designed spaces and outstanding facilities that would not only foster greater productivity, engagement and staff retention but act as an ideal setting for clients to pop in to discuss their business needs.

Fiona grew up in seaside town in Dublin and always had a keen interest in property. After finishing school, she studied Auctioneering, Estate Agency & Valuations. She has over 20 years’ industry experience including Sales, Lettings, Auctions, New Homes & Commercial. She joined the Surrey & Berkshire market in 2001 where she has run a number of successful offices.  Out of work, Fiona enjoys a coastal adventure with her family.

Evie was born and bred in Surrey and once she left college, she kickstarted her estate agency career. Thanks to her natural aptitude for the job, hard work and dedication, she quickly rose through the ranks to Lettings Manager. She has been working in the Weybridge market since 2015 where she has built up a loyal client base who greatly appreciate her expert knowledge and personable nature. She lives in Hampshire with her husband Marcus, dog Kiwi and cat Binky.

Lauren is an Propertymark qualified agent with over 15 years' of property experience across London, Surrey and Berkshire. Having worked in both corporate and smaller independent agents, she is extremely knowledgeable and a great source of advice for clients. Lauren first started working in the Weybridge market in 2008 so her local knowledge is second to none and having played the roles of purchaser and vendor herself and this has given her invaluable first-hand experience to draw from. Passionate about her role and helping clients, nothing is too much trouble for Lauren.

Lucia is a very experienced professional with a background in administration, sales, education and customer service. Her strong organisational skills, effective communication and passion for helping others makes her a valuable asset to the business. When she's not working, Lucia can be found horse riding around Walton On Thames or doing some much needed retail therapy online!

Katie studied Media and Communiation at The University of Winchester for three years where she gained a wealth of experience in a range of areas but found a love for and decided to specialise in Social Media and Marketing. Since graduating in 2020, Katie has worked in both B2B and B2C Marketing. Katie joined us in 2022 and has had an enormous impact on our Social Media presence. Social Media has proved instrumental in raising our online profile to help gain exposure for the properties we are marketing.

Issa started working in the creative industry over 10 years ago as a Creative at Saatchi, leading projects in the highly entrepreneurial environment of the emerging creative businesses across the Middle East, Asia and Europe. Leading a team of creatives and overseeing both creative and production departments. More recently as a producer for CBS 60 Minutes generated award-winning content that helped shape the truth and the way it’s portrayed.

Having spent 30+ years working around the clock as a London Black Taxi driver, experiencing a huge change within the industry and a lack of social time, Colin decided a change of career was on the cards. Taking himself back to college, he studied ATT in Bookkeeping and Accountancy and achieved all three ATT levels. Colin has vast experience with various accountancy software’s and different property platforms. Joining the team in April 2022 Colin, by his own admission is looking forward to the exciting journey ahead – as well as having his social life back so he can fit the odd game of golf in!
