Fees
We never liked tenant fees, the charges are way out of control so we fully support the tenant fee ban. Even though it’s not in yet we started early.

If you have a Pet the deposit is likely to be 8-10 weeks rent
At the end of your tenancy there is just £150.00 inc VAT for the checkout report
We will require a reservation deposit of £400.00 prior to your offer being submitted, if your offer is not accepted by our client and you decide to withdraw, your deposit will be refunded in full. If your offer is accepted, the deposit will be credited off your total move in.
Please be aware of our Terms and Conditions before signing our Tenancy Application Form, should you withdraw from your application after your offer has been accepted, you provide false or misleading information, or your referencing is declined without providing a suitable guarantor(s) the holding deposit will not be refunded.
If the tenancy agreement is provided by the landlord we will make you aware of any charges within the agreement.
*On rare occasions Landlords may choose to charge tenants fees, if this is the case you will be informed of those fees prior to your offer being submitted.
